Deep Tissue Massage uses increased pressure, targeting the inner layer of the muscles to relieve deeper tension, stiffness and common injuries. Similar to Swedish massage techniques, this therapy uses kneading with hands and fingers, but also elbows and forearms to achieve deeper pressure. The level of pressure is always discussed and adjusted throughout the massage.

Both of these massages use massage oil, aromatherapy diffuser, steamed, hot towels on the face and body, and facial massage if desired.
